一、工程简介与技术要求
该桥采用中承式钢管混泥土拱桥，桥跨组合为（22+28+22）米（连续梁引
桥）+284 米（中承失拱主桥桥面长）+（6*22）米（连续梁引桥），桥梁全长
501 米，主孔为净跨260 米。
桥梁主拱采用斜拉扣挂悬臂拼装方法施工，全桥共分26 个拱肋节段，分
26 段吊装，每段吊重约57 吨，全部节段加工重量1455 吨。待钢管桁架拼装
合拢后，对主拱圈主肋钢管内灌注砼，形成钢管砼桁架。每个节段有主拱上
下弦管、平板、盖板、竖斜腹杆、肋间横撑主管和连接管等主要构件焊接而
成。其中，拱脚段上、下5 个节间范围为外包砼段。
该桥梁采用工厂制作、现场安装拼焊与防腐施工的方式进行制造，所以长
效防腐工程集中在工厂内完成。
由于该桥地处宜宾地区，横跨金沙江，因此该桥将长年处于较强的酸雨腐
