粉喷桩试桩施工组织设计

一、工程概况

本标段粉喷桩处理软土地基工程，位于0号桥台桥头以北，黄河大堤内侧，具体桩号为k004+630-k004+652，地质资料表明，其地下水位较高，原地表土湿软，层厚4.5-6.8米，属黄色、灰黄色夹灰色，软塑状低液限粘土价低液限粉土，经计算该路段工后沉降量大于10cm，因此需要对地基作特殊处理，设计采用粉喷桩对软土地基进行处理，以增强地基强度。      
本标段粉喷桩设计桩长为10米，设计桩径φ500mm，桩间距为1.4米，平面上呈正三角形布置，固化剂采用P.o32.5水泥，设计掺入量55kg/m，设计标准强度大于2.0MPa。粉喷桩共计911根，总长9110米。
