根据项目办和高驻办要求，以及规范规定。依据景婺黄（常）C7合同段主合同、设计图纸及相应的施工技术规范，我经理部在项目总体施工组织设计方案的基础上，进一步认真分析，细化，编制了此预应力梁片张拉专项施工方案。
