戴家高架桥T梁预制施工方案

一、 工程概况：
   白沙关——婺源高速公路C7标段由黑龙江农垦建工路桥有限公司负责承建。工程位置在K27+500——K32+900，本标段路线全长5.4km。其中戴家高架桥中心桩号为K27+714，起点桩号为K27+530.5，终点桩号为K27+897.5，大桥全长367m，宽26m，横断面组成为0.5+11.5+0.5+1.0+0.5+11.5+0.5，河床至桥面高达36m。该桥上部结构为40m预应力钢筋混凝土T型梁，先简支后连续。全桥计9孔，分二联，四孔一联，五孔一联，计108片梁。下部结构钻孔桩基础，圆柱式墩，肋板桥台。全桥44根桩基，其中Φ2.5m12根，Φ2.2m20根，Φ1.6m12根，圆柱32根，盖梁8个。
