涵 洞 施 工 方 案
一、 施工方法
a. 根据设计文件和监理工程师提供的测设资料,测出小桥涵洞的平面位置和高程,并测出控制点。
b. 大开挖基坑,基础地质承载能力不能满足设计要求时,进行基底处理,基底为岩石时,开炸出平台或台阶。
c. 基础工程施工,采用大块石块,使石块的平面向下,注意砌体的密实。
d. 台墙施工,基础完工后进行检测,合格后放台墙样进行砌筑。拱桥、拱涵台墙砌筑时,注意拱脚石的选料和砌筑,并使几何尺寸完全符合设计的要求。
e. 拱桥、拱涵的拱圈砌筑,选择石料时要完全符合技术的要求,在砌筑时,从两侧向中间推砌,最后挤砌拱顶。
f. 板涵的盖板施工,完全采用现浇板,施工时注意砼的配合比计量。
