K5+463.580互通立交跨线桥上部构造施工方案
一、工程概况
滨州互通立交共有二座跨线桥分别为:Ⅰ号桥位于主线k5+463.580处,上跨新建220国道,上部结构采用22+30+30+22m预应力砼连续箱梁,梁高1.40m,左幅单箱三室,净宽12m;右幅单箱四室,净宽16m。横向布置成上下行分离式桥梁,桥面净宽为28m,中央分隔带宽3.0m,桥面内侧设波形护栏,外侧设墙式护栏;Ⅱ号桥位于主线K5+168.280处, G205线高速公路线上跨;采用15+20+15m预应力砼连续箱梁,梁高1.3m,左幅单箱五室,桥面净宽19.8-17.7m,右幅单箱三室,净宽12m;两侧设墙式护栏;上部箱梁采用50号砼,预应力筋采用Φj15.24高强低松弛钢铰线。支座采用圆板式橡胶支座。采用满堂支架整体现浇施工。

First, project survey
Binzhou Interchange overpass were a total of 2: Ⅰ, The Bridge is located in the main line k5 +463.580 Department, the new 220 national highway cross the upper structure with 22 +30 +30 +22 m prestressed concrete box girder, beam height 1.40m, left pieces of single-box three rooms, net width 12m; the right pieces of single-box four-room, net width 16m. Upper and lower horizontal lines arranged separate bridge deck net width is 28m, the central divider bandwidth of 3.0m, located inside wave bridge parapet wall located outside the fence; Ⅱ, The Bridge is located in the main line K5 +168.280 Department, G205 high-speed line online cross-road; with 15 +20 +15 m prestressed concrete box girder, beam high-1.3m, left me five pieces of single-room, deck net width 19.8-17.7m, the right pieces of single-box three rooms, net width 12m; 2 side of the barrier wall located; top box with 50 concrete, prestressed high-strength low-relaxation steel with Φj15.24 hinge line. Supports use of circular plate bearing. Construction of the whole place with Full Support.
