预应力混凝土先张法空心板梁施工技术方案

一、工程概况
HN-E2标段起点位于镇江市丹阳互通式立交东侧，桩号为EKl82+000，沿途经过丹阳市开发区、练湖农场、河阳镇，终点桩号为EK196+180，全长14.18km。本标段有特大桥1座（京杭运河特大桥），中桥1座，涵洞34道，通道21道，分离式立交桥11座（其中支线上跨桥5座），互通式立交桥2座；路基土石方挖方383335立方，填方726444立方，湿喷桩软基处理长度为308717.9延米，预应力薄壁管桩27307.5延米。
二、工程规模
本标段采用了L=10m、L=16m和L=20m三种跨径的预应力砼先张法空心板，L=10m跨径的预制梁高为0.4m； L=16m跨径的预制梁高为0.7m； L=20m跨径的预制梁高为0.85m。L=10m的梁共有64片，L=16m的梁共有16片，L=20m的梁共有64片。

The tenders are Bridge 1 (Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge), in a bridge, culvert 34, channel 21, separated overpass 11 (where the branch line across the bridge 5), 2 Interchanges; Foundation 383,335 cubic meters of earth excavation, fill 726,444 cubic meters, wet spray Soft pile length 308,717.9 running meters, prestressed thin-walled pipe 27,307.5 running meters.
