一、工程概况
本标段全路段所经地区属高寒半干旱气候，光照充足，气候干燥，气温低，昼夜温差大，大风天气多，冷空气活动频繁，年平均气温酒泉市为7.3℃，金塔为8℃，月最高气温酒泉市为21.8℃,金塔为23.4℃，月最低气温酒泉市为-9.7℃，金塔为-8℃，区内极端最高气温为38.6℃，极端最低气温为-31.6℃。年降水量酒泉市为85.3mm，降水多集中在5至9月份，年最大蒸发量为2538.6mm。冻土深度酒泉市为132cm，金塔为141cm。
我公司承建的酒航公路路面工程JM4合同段（BK10+000～BK107+000）位于鼎新镇岌岌乡境内。路面面层采用两层式结构，上面层为1.5cmAC-10Ⅰ细粒式沥青混凝土，下面层为3.5cmAC-16I细粒式沥青混凝土。路面基层为20cm水泥稳定砂砾，垫层
