沥青砼中面层施工方案

一、计划安排
根据试验段总结的施工工艺，按照业主经理部、总监办、驻地办的要求，我项目部沥青砼中面层大面积施工用的工、料、机组成已协调一致，具备开工条件，计划()年()月()日进行施工。
二、要求
我项目部将严格按照试验段所总结的施工工艺（包括原材料质量控制、下承层的清扫、沥青混合料的拌合、运输、摊铺、碾压、养护等工艺）指导施工。在以后大面积施工中，我们将不断总结经验、不断完善工艺，以保证沥青砼中面层的施工质量。
三、配合比组成设计
1、1#拌和机生产配合比
①生产配合比组成为：
1#热料仓：2#热料仓：3#热料仓：4#热料仓：矿粉
=17 ：39 ：10 ：30 ：4
②最佳油石比选定为：4.2%
2、2#拌和机生产配合比
①生产配合比组成为：
1#热料仓：2#热料仓：3#热料仓：4#热料仓：矿粉
=25 ：30 ：7 ：33 ：5
②最佳油石比选定为：4.2%
四、管理机构及人员、机械、试验仪器配备

五、施工工艺
一）工艺流程
Surface layer of asphalt concrete in the construction plan

Second, demands
