路基冲击碾压施工实施方案

   项目公司在20**年3月26日邀请省内公路行业的知名专家,对“高速公路的路基填土冲击碾压方法和工艺”,进行了研讨论证,根据专家研讨论证的意见,结合阿深高速公路长垣至封丘段的实际情况,对于本项目全线路基填土高度大于3米的路段进行冲击碾压,改善因路基不均沉降而带来的病害,减少路基完工后的总沉降量,提高路基的整体强度,保证高速公路的使用质量。
一、 原理
  冲击碾压是利用冲击式压路机低频大振幅冲击力作用于填土,并快速连续周期性地作用,产生强烈的冲击波向下深层传播,对路基填土进行冲击碾压,提高填土的密实度,减少工后沉降。
二、 冲击碾压原则
对于路基填土高度在3— 6米者,进行冲击碾压一次,路基填土高度在6—10米者,进行冲击碾压2次,每次冲击12遍。路基填土高度大于6米的路段,在路基高度填筑到一半时冲击第一次,填筑到路床顶20厘米补强层底面时冲击第二次。路基填土高度在3米以上,6米以下的路段,在路基填筑至路床顶20厘米补强层底面时进行冲碾一次。
