路基压实是保证路基质量的重要环节,路堤、路堑和路堤基底均应进行压实。
一、土质路基的压实
填土路堤压实施工工序流程如下图所示。
1.铺筑试验路段确定路基压实的最佳方案
影响路基压实的主要因素有土的力学性质和压实功能、土的含水量、铺层厚度、土的级配以及底层的强度和压实度。路基碾压时,并不是这些因素独立起作用,而是这些因素共同起作用。因此高速公路进行路基施工时,应用不同的施工方案做试验路段,从中选出路基压实的最佳方案。
铺筑试验段需制订试验方案,其目的是在给定压路机的情况下,找出达到压实标准的最经济的铺层厚度和碾压次数。确切地说,就是寻求铺层厚度与碾压次数之比的极大值。试验路段位置应选择在地质条件、断面形式均具有代表性的地段,路段长度不宜小于100cm。具体实施可以按以下步骤进行。
(1)取代表性土样做重型击实试验,确定土的最佳含水量ω和最大干密度ρdmax,并绘制干密度与含水量的关系曲线。
(2)根据土的干密度与含水量关系曲线控制土的含水量ω。
(3)确定铺层厚度和碾压遍数。一般可根据压路机械的功能及土质情况确定铺层厚度,高速公路一般应按松铺厚度30cm进行试验,以确
