一、项目概述
    洣江大道二期工程位于洣江北岸，西起衡东大桥桥头处，连接洣江大道一期，沿洣江向东与文明东路平交后，一直向东延伸连接到衡大高速连接线上，本标段全长1600米，是一条城市Ⅲ级主干道，路幅宽度36米。本道路是城区的一条重要的东西主干道，建成后它就可和原唯一的一条东西向主干道交通东路一起形成城区道路交通网络，它的建设对缓解城区交通拥堵具有重要意义；并可大大改善城市环境、提升城市品位、有利于促进招商引资、加快城镇发展。
根据《中国地震参数区划图GB18306-2001》，全线地震基本烈度均小于Ⅵ度。故本路线所设构造物仅做简单抗震设防。
沿线水系较发达，河流降水量充沛，雨量多集中在4~8月，河水位受降水量影响明显。
本区属亚热带季风性湿润气候，气候温和，四季分明，雨水充沛，春湿多雨；夏秋多旱，严寒期短，暑热期长。常年平均气温16.2℃~17.7℃，极端最高气温40.5℃，极端最低气温-7.9℃，一年中以7~8月最热，12月~次年2月最冷，有霜冻和降雪，年降水量1325.3~1395.1mm，集中在3~8月，年蒸发量为1452mm，全年无霜期231～282天。气候对施工计划有影响的主要是雨季。
路线所在地区交通比较发达，地方乡村道路密集、交通便利；电网密布，电力资源充足；有程控电话，可直接与世界各地通讯联系。

I. Project Overview
