砂桩施工
A． 施工方法
a.   恢复中线，放出路段的边线桩，清理平整作业现场。做好排水系统，保证路基内的水被挤出后能迅速的排出路基。
b. 测绘布设桩位平面图，准确放出桩位并编号。
c.   将装有振动器的多功能打桩架在孔位就位，将装有桩尖的钢管对准孔位定位。
d. 起动振动器，使钢管下沉到要求深度后上拔0.5—1.0m，清除桩尖真空吸力，并张开活瓣。
e.   提起振动器和桩帽，从钢管上口交替入水、砂，同时徐徐提管敲击，使砂加速下落，并不断投料使之形成桩柱。
f.   灌砂数量和提管速度要紧密配合，通过计算确定每分钟灌砂数量和提管高度，保证砂桩连续、密实。
g. 移动桩机，平整砂桩顶地面，铺筑砂垫层。

B． 工艺流程框图

主要机械设备：沉管机，发电机，自卸汽车，装载机。

①施工机具：采用振动打桩机，下部装活辨钢桩靴的桩管成桩。
②施工工艺：
整平原地面→机具定位→加料压密→拔管→机具移位。
Sand Pile
