石拱桥工程施工方案、方法


根据本标段的特点,我公司拟采用下列施工方案
A、下部构造
本标段桥梁的基础及墩台均为大体积的浆砌实体,必须严格遵照规范施工,还特别需注意里层浆砌分层应与外层一致,填缝密实。
施工采用人工配合挖掘机开挖基坑,开挖至设计标高后,经排水、整平、压实、地基承载力检验合格,方能进行砌筑。
基础的施工工艺流程为:测量放样→开挖基坑→验收→放样→浆砌→养生→验收
墩台的施工工艺流程为:测量放样→浆砌→养生→验收→浇筑台帽
基础、墩台身施工完毕后,马上回填进行台背处理,以利下一步施工。
B、上部构造
本标段桥梁的上部构造型式多样,我公司根据不同的型式采用不同的施工工艺。
浆砌块石拱圈
首先搭设满堂式支架,铺钢底模。跨径小于25m的,分段砌筑,先砌拱脚段
和拱顶段,后砌1/4跨径段,两半跨同时对称进行;跨径大于25m时,采用分环分段相结合的方法砌筑,且对拱架施加同等预压力。在砌筑过程中对拱盔进行监控,如发生变形,及时调整。
封拱合龙在15~20℃时进行。
拱上结构在拱圈强度达到设计标号的70%后,由拱脚至拱顶对称、均衡砌筑。

B, superstructure

Mortar stone arch ring
First erection full framing, steel base mold shop. Span less than 25m, the sub-masonry, arch foot section of the first puzzle
