第一章 施工组织方案

1.1 施工测量
    本工程施工测量的主要任务是：施工控制网的建立(包括全线主控制网的复测与施工控制网点的加密)，施工细部结构以及形体的几何尺寸，倾角、线型等精密定位，本工程涉及到工程测量与安装测量两方面的技术问题，测量技术含量高，施工测量精度要求高，因此我项目部将本工程施工测量列为首要工序，重点管理，要求测量部门技术超前，科学管理，及时总结，精益求精，以高质量、高效率地完成本工程施工测量任务。
1.1.1测量质量技术管理
    （1）测量硬件设施配置：本工程中，将投入1台高精度的全站仪，2台高精度的精密水准仪，2台J2经纬仪以及相关测量设备。
    （2）测量人员配备：在本工程中我单位将调派富有市政道路施工测量经验的测量工程师1名和测量工2名。
（3）测量技术管理：在本工程施工中拟建严格的测量校核、复核、审核技术管理制度，除在测量部门内部实行此制度进行自检外，项目部实行项目总工程师、专职质检员、测量技术主管三级参加的技术复核制度，单项技术干部参加并负责单项的测量技术复核工作，本工程测量技术管理流程见下图。

1.1 Construction Survey
