水泥混凝土滑模施工方案
一、滑模摊铺施工的机械设备
根据招标文件和高速公路施工的要求，采用美国CMI6004水泥混凝土滑模式摊铺机进行滑模摊铺砼路面施工。CMI  SF6004滑模式摊铺机属于目前较先进的水泥路面施工机械，作业速度快，作业效率高，可以完成大工程量的路面施工任务，而且能充分保证质量。

美国CIM滑模式水泥混凝土摊铺机，主要由发动机、液压动力、主机架、驱动履带、螺旋布料器、虚方控制板、液压振捣器、捣实板、成型模板、边模、路拱系统、浮动抹光板、液压控制系统及操作仪表等部分组成。
发动机：采用卡特匹勒系列柴油发动机DITA提供动力源；
液压动力：由发动机驱液压油泵系统，包括：螺旋布料器驱动泵、串列液压振捣器泵、压力补偿驱动泵、单级液压控制系统。
主机架：可伸缩液压深入分断机架，保证基本摊铺宽度，配置的标准延伸件，可保证增加宽度；
驱动履带：四履带驱动系统；
螺旋布料器：法兰连接，可任意组合宽度，大直径中间
