体育馆人行天桥施工方案

1  工程概况
1．1  体育馆人行天桥位于笋岗西路，深圳市体育馆正门处，全桥总长51.4m，桥面宽5.0m，由二跨梁组成，整座桥钢结构总重约136t。
1．2  主梁：主梁截面形式为单室直腹板箱形梁，梁两端带伸臂，梁截面高0.8m，每跨梁全长25.7m，净重约33t，两跨主梁连接处相互搭接，即北边主梁搁置在南边主梁上，两主梁间设40mm伸缩缝，用螺栓连接起来，主梁竖向曲线半径为R＝450m，制作时应起拱。
1．3  墩柱：全桥共9组墩柱，每组由二根钢管柱组成，主桥墩柱尺寸均为φ500×16钢管柱，最长5.7m，最重约3.2t，梯道墩柱尺寸均为φ300×16钢管柱，最长3.7m，最大单重1.23t，墩柱安装完后要求2＃墩柱内灌满砼。
1．4  梯道：本桥共设四部梯道，其中二部为人行梯道，坡度为1∶2；二部为人自行车梯道，坡度为1∶4；梯道宽均为3.0m，梯道梁均为钢板焊接而成的箱形截面梁，截面尺寸均为0.3m×1.1m，每侧梯道均分为几段，每段直接搁置在墩柱上，每段梯道之间设10mm伸缩缝，并且两段梯道之间用螺栓连接起来，梯段
