一.工程目的:
本工程是为了配合咸阳路污水处理厂工程—咸阳路泵站的建设而修建的长江道(咸阳路—向阳路段)污水连通管工程。
二.工程概况:
自咸阳路沿长江道由东向西铺设d1600污水管至向阳路,管道全长540米。依据天津市规划局批复的《咸阳路—密云路泵站连通管工程污水管道路径规划》,d1600污水管道位于长江道规划路中心线以北2米处。
三.工程量:
1、铺设:
d1600钢筋混凝土承插口管 520米
d1650顶管 20米
2、砌筑:
戊型检查井 12座
四.施工准备工作:
1. 调查、收集资料
(1) 实地勘察工程施工作业区的地质情况是否有对施工不利的流砂、软基的因素,以便施工前作好准备工作。
(2) 实地勘察工程施工作业区内影响施工的各种地上、地下障碍,地上未拆迁的电杆、通讯杆的位置,地下自来水、排水、煤气、电力、通讯等障碍的位置,以便施工前及时做出工程变更及各种处理方案。
(3) 收集有关的地质资料、技术资料以及施工期间历年的气象资料等。
2.外部协作工作
(1) 严格履行合同、协议中制定的条款,对于执行合同、协议所遇到的问题应及时与建设单位联系解决。
(2) 配合顾客、监理、设计单位联系有关障碍物的拆迁、迁移、切改等工作。
(3) 技术准备工作
首先应熟悉工程设计图并理解设计人的构思,然后应对图纸作如下审核:图纸有无缺漏错误、设计图的图号

4. Construction preparation work:
