通浒路雨污水管施工方案

一、 设计概况
本工程为苏州新区通浒路一期工程,全长2705.4米。
本工程排水体制为雨污水分流制。
根据苏州新区北片污水方案,通浒路一期:建林路以西的污水管由西向东铺设,管径d800、d1000、途中以过河管、倒虹管形式过河,建林路以东的污水管由东往系西铺设,管径d600:两路污水管汇合后往南铺设d1200管,沉管过浒光河,进建林路污水管泵站,本工程到河北岸为止。污水管位于道路北侧公交车道下,管中心距道路中心线16.5米、20米,沿途预留DN400、d 600、d800的污水支管。
W3-W4,W12-W15的污水干管及d600、d800污水支管、d1200污水横穿管位于亚粘土夹亚砂土层,管道埋设较深,须采用井点降水。
为确保位于砂土地基的污水管道质量对W30-W32、W33-W45 d1000污水干管及d1200污水干管进行压密注浆。
雨水管按照就近入河的原则,分别排入路南侧浒光河及9+581处的小河内。雨水管二根,分别位于道路南北两侧公交车道下,管中心距人行道侧石1.5米,雨水管管径为DN400、d600、d800 、 d1000 d1200,沿途预留DN400、d 600、d1000雨水支管。
