通浒路雨污水管施工方案

一、 设计概况
本工程为苏州新区通浒路一期工程，全长2705.4米。
本工程排水体制为雨污水分流制。
根据苏州新区北片污水方案，通浒路一期：建林路以西的污水管由西向东铺设，管径d800、d1000、途中以过河管、倒虹管形式过河，建林路以东的污水管由东往系西铺设，管径d600：两路污水管汇合后往南铺设d1200管，沉管过浒光河，进建林路污水管泵站，本工程到河北岸为止。污水管位于道路北侧公交车道下，管中心距道路中心线16.5米、20米，沿途预留DN400、d 600、d800的污水支管。
W3-W4，W12-W15的污水干管及d600、d800污水支管、d1200污水横穿管位于亚粘土夹亚砂土层，管道埋设较深，须采用井点降水。
为确保位于砂土地基的污水管道质量对W30-W32、W33-W45 d1000污水干管及d1200污水干管进行压密注浆。
雨水管按照就近入河的原则，分别排入路南侧浒光河及9+581处的小河内。雨水管二根，分别位于道路南北两侧公交车道下，管中心距人行道侧石1.5米，雨水管管径为DN400、d600、d800 、 d1000 d1200，沿途预留DN400、d 600、d1000雨水支管。
