1、主题内容及适用范围  
本作业指导书对水利水电工程中土方碾压填筑的施工工艺进行了规范。适用于土坝，堤防等碾压土方填筑工程施工。

3 、施工准备
3.1对合同及设计文件进行深入具体条件编好施工组织设计。
3.2做好各项技术准备，并做好“四通一平”临建工程，各种设备和器材的准备工作。导流及引排水工程已完成。
3.3测量放样工作已验收合格，对主要测点已埋设牢固的标架、基石、坝（堤）身放样已按设计预留沉降量。
3.4对土料场进行现场核查，贮量应大于需用量的1.5-2.5倍。土质及天然含水量符合设计要求。
3.5施式机械、试验设备到位，已做防渗体土料碾压试验，基础清理已完成并经过验收。
