箱梁施工作业指导书

针对当前我后张箱梁即将开工之即的各种施工情况，为了控制梁体在预制前后，内在、外在质量能够达到业主的高标准要求。现对箱梁施工队伍技术负责人员就各具体施工环节作如下的作业指导：
一、指导范围
该作业指导书包括后张法20m箱梁的施工、吊运及存放。

三、各阶段指导内容
1、非预应力钢筋的制做、成型、绑扎
（1）与图核对成品钢筋的钢号、直径、形状、规格尺寸和数量是否正确无误，如有遗漏，应及时纠正、增补，并及时与现场技术负责人取得沟通后方可开始制作。
(2）钢筋的制做为使其在加工成型后满足规范，应针对图纸设计型号、类别分专人专项加工制作。制作时:
a、钢筋的表面应洁净，使用前应将表面油渍、漆皮、鳞锈等清除干净。
b、钢筋应平直，无局部弯折，成盘的钢筋
