一、 概述
新村大桥T梁长度为30m，预应力张拉采用标准号ASTM A416-98，270级，公称直径15.24mm，标准强度1860MPa的低松弛预应力钢绞线做为预应力钢束，钢绞线松弛率为1.15%，锚具为15-6，15-5，15-3型群锚体系，采用波纹管预埋制孔。
二、 预应力钢绞线制作
（1） 钢绞线的运输及保管
预应力钢绞线在运输中或现场使用，应避免造成局部弯曲和折伤，不得抛扔或拖卷材。
现场保管时，下面应垫上石子或方木，上面覆盖雨布防腐蚀。
（2） 钢绞线开盘
