2、 下部施工
    主桥7#墩为水中墩，为解决基础施工及上部结构的材料运输，建议设立从9#—7#墩的施工栈桥，利用栈桥设立钻孔平台，进行主桥钻孔桩及承台的施工。，
    该桥为低桩承台，可采用钢套箱围堰进行施工。即先在工厂进行分块预制，通过栈桥运至墩位拼装，通过平台上的起重设备进行下沉。钢套箱围堰可采用单双壁组合式，下沉方法可采用有水吸泥下沉，然后灌注封底混凝土，施工承台。
3、 上部施工
3、1 0#块施工
    0#块的施工为支架施工，其临时墩柱作为主桥悬臂施工的临时墩，因此，必须具有足够的强度和刚度，建议采用钢管混凝土墩柱，下端支撑在承台或封底混凝土上。
3、2 悬臂段的施工
    悬臂段采用挂蓝进行施工。挂蓝采用菱形挂蓝，在4片腹板处设4片主桁架，以4米的节段进行浇注。后端锚固于腹板的竖向预应力筋上。
3、3 塔柱的施工
在施工悬臂段的同时，进行塔柱的施工。塔柱施工时注意预埋穿索平台的预埋件。
