高邮市新河南路道路及排水工程西起水榭华庭西院墙、东至新河，全长约225.8m。道路总宽度11m砼路面，其中混合车道7m，两侧人行道各2m。
新河南路路面做法为：面层180厚C30砼浇筑，基层分别为150厚12%灰土压实，150厚10%灰土压实，150厚8%灰土压实，素土压实。
人行道做法：素土压实，100厚12%的灰土地，80厚C10砼垫层，30厚1：2.5水泥砂浆卧底，50厚彩色光亮水泥砖。
排水管道：按从东向西排水，排水管道布置
