李家沟中桥左线施工里程为DzK45+480.99～DzK45+592.91，桥全长111.92米，李家沟中桥右线施工里程为DzK45+488.25～DzK45+602.02，桥全长113.77米，本桥为排洪兼立交而设，跨越李家沟河，桥位于R=2500 m的圆曲线及缓和曲线上。孔跨式样为：4孔24m。T形桥台，桥墩采用圆端形桥墩，基础采用φ100钻孔桩基础，钢护筒倒用。对既有线采用吊轨梁及钢管桩进行防护。
