（2）两座小桥跨径20m，桥宽16.5m，基础采用钻孔灌注桩，预应力空心板预制安装工艺施工。
（3）消防游泳池及泵房、变电所侯工楼均为一层框架结构、基础采用打入式PC-φ400×95-A型管桩。
（4）门卫、水表房一层框架结构，采用天然基础，基础埋置在压实填土层，建筑面积21.1m2，标牌构筑物6.4m2。
