XX至XX三级公路全长25.22km，起于XX市郊的XXX(XXX国道桩号：K1654+160)，西与XXX区的XX路相接，向东沿着XXX国道经XX、XX、XX、分水坳、岩门溪、XX、八家、黄板桥过XX县XXX乡集镇，经黄山冲至冲里接老路(XXX国道桩号K1627+180)。1986年，交通部、中国人民解放军后勤部将该项目列入XX市“八五”计划建设的6条国防公路之一。近年来，随着国民经济的发展，该路段的交通流量迅速增加，原来公路已经不能适应目前交通量的需要，特别是不能适应部队大型技术装备机动性的要求。因此修建XX公路，具有重要的政治、军事、经济等意义。我们所投标段是第三合同段，桩号为K11+500~K25+220，全长13.72km。
