燕山互通立交位于济南市东部经十路与二环东路交叉处，为城市快速路与主干道之间的枢纽立交工程。本工程为半苜蓿叶半定向型5层互通立交，东西方向长1850米，南北方向长1580米，匝道桥总长6241米，地面辅道长3338米。共设经十路跨线桥、二环东路跨线桥、A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H匝道桥，地面辅道桥二座，共12座桥梁，总长6166米。本合同段为济南东二环至邢村立交道路拓宽改造工程二B合同段（燕山互通立交），含经十路、二环东路跨线桥共长831.73米，六座匝道桥（C、D、E、F、G、H匝道）全部或部分长2212.68米，2座20米辅道桥；桥头引道1582米，地面辅道4853米（双侧长度）。上部结构除经十路跨线桥JSL4、JSR5联，二环东路跨线桥DHL4、DHR1、DHR4联，F4联为普通砼箱梁外，其余为预应力砼箱梁；辅道桥采用预应力空心板。
