XX港位于长江三角洲南翼，XXX北岸，地理位置为北纬30º24'~30º42',东径120º54'~121º16'，本位于乍浦港二期围堤西侧滩地上，围堤全长3950m，围海造陆约297公顷，为2级水工建筑物，防洪（潮）标准为50年一遇，堤顶高程按50年一遇洪(潮)水位加50年一遇风浪，允许越浪考虑，设计堤身顶面高程为8.2m，防浪墙顶高程为9.30m；混合式结构地基打设塑料排水板。主要工程内容有铺设土工布、铺碎石垫层、打设塑料排水板、堤身抛石填筑、灌砌块石挡墙及堤顶砼挡浪墙、砼四脚空块和螺母块制作及安放、砼大方脚及支座浇筑、干砌块石及灌砌块石护面、堤身土方填筑、堤顶砼路面、内坡砼框格及种植草皮等。本合同段桩号为1+515.23~3+949.62
