本工程是为了改善XX县城内的交通条件而设计,在红星广场与县汽车站之间修建,将来形成快速通道。隧道全长402.33m,净宽10m,净高6.73m,半园拱形断面,曲墙加仰拱(仅Ⅳ类围岩地段无仰拱),洞门为端墙式。洞内纵坡I=4.4%,受两端连接道路标高及地形控制无法降低,进出口路面设计高程相对高差17.703m,为一超规范要求坡限的单洞双车道隧道。本工程包括洞口工程、洞身工程、路面工程、装饰工程,照明工程等项。地震烈度按6度设防。
