秦岭三号隧道指导性施组.doc

秦岭Ⅲ号特长隧道是陕西省“米”字型公路网骨架户县涝峪口至简车湾段高速公路的咽喉工程，也是我国国道主干线（GZ40）二连浩特至河口穿越陕西境内最艰巨的工程地段。秦岭Ⅲ号特长隧道位于陕西省宁陕县江口镇境内，距江口镇27km，其中18km为既有泥结碎石路面拓宽，新建便道（业主已经引入）9km。该工程跨越我国南北分界的秦岭山脉，这里地形崎岖，地势险要，山高沟深，人烟稀少，植被茂密，地质构造复杂，工程施工难度大。
秦岭Ⅲ号特长隧道为上、下行分离式隧道，其中上行线单洞长4683米，下行线单洞长4930米。我公司承担施工的下行线出口K71+730~K74+500，共2770米。下行线秦岭II号隧道进口和秦岭Ⅲ号出口位于付加河两岸，山高谷深。II号隧道进口位于付加河左岸，地形稍缓，我公司施工的秦岭Ⅲ号出口位于付加河右岸约60米高的陡坡上，给施工准备带来一定的困难。隧道右侧为一小山谷，沟内常年流水，水质清澈透明，前期筹备人员已饮用。施工期间由项目经理部在适当高度选址筑坝引作施工及生活用水。
