设计说明
1、 总体结构说明:
架桥机主要结构由主梁、横联、前后中支腿、中后顶高支腿、边梁挂架、起吊天车、中系梁、操作室、液压及电气控制系统等组成。具体情况可见轻型架桥机总体图。
2、分项说明:
2.1、主梁
架桥机共两道主梁,主梁长度按架50m跨设计,每一道主梁长80m,每一道主梁由8节10m长的梁段通过柱销连接组装。主梁采用“A”字形断面,断面尺寸为2.8×1.5m;两道主梁中心距为5m,净距3.5m;主梁共分为5类梁段。

设计最大起重能力:150T
适用跨径:20 — 50m
最大梁段重:7.03T
最大梁段长度:10.435m
