钢围堰的设计与计算
1、钢围堰几何尺寸
围堰外形尺寸是根据承台的水平几何尺寸,各边再加上0.6~0.8m的操作宽度,高度依据水深,并考虑0.5m的超高和入土深度不小于0.5m确定。该工程的地质资料表明,围堰底的土层为粉质粘土和淤泥质粉质粘土,该工程取0.7m的入土深度。
2、钢围堰的计算
钢围堰在运行期所受的外力,除了堰内外水位差产生的外力,还有堰内填料产生的外力,它是同水位差产生的力方向相反,结构计算时要分别进行,结构计算方法参照《水工钢结构》。
3、钢围堰的安装
钢围堰在场外加工结束后,需进行现场吊装就位,就位之前要清除水下的建筑垃圾及其他杂物,整平地基槽,以利于围堰平稳均衡下沉,使承台四周的施工空间达到均衡。
