利用声场模拟软件对某设备车间降噪方案进行预测分析

一、 车间内情况说明:
车间内为砖混结构房。
房中设备共有:
1、 大隆机往复泵一台,型号为159ZS2。
2、 地面泵两台,型号为159,进口压力为0.1~2MPa,传送介质为清水,柱塞数为5个,功率180KW。
3、 高压泵一台,流量为30m/h,功率185KW。
4、 离心式清水泵3台,流量50m/h,功率9.87KW,转数2900转/分。
往复泵、地面泵、高压泵均采用隔爆型三相异步电动机,型号YB315L1-4,Lw106dB(A),50Hz,380/660v。
离心式清水泵采用380v,2940r/min三相异步电动机。
在噪声测量过程当中,门窗均为关闭状态,其间只有一台地面泵及一台离心式清水泵运行,位置如图1所示。

Room facilities there:
1, a large one-lung machine reciprocating pump, model 159ZS2.
2, two ground pump, model 159, inlet pressure is 0.1 ~ 2MPa, transmission medium is water, the plunger number five, power 180KW.
3, high-pressure pump a flow rate of 30m / h, power of 185KW.
4, 3 sets of centrifugal water pump, flow 50m / h, power 9.87KW, 2900 rpm / min.
Reciprocating pump, ground the pump, high pressure pump are of flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor, type YB315L1-4, Lw106dB (A), 50Hz, 380/660v.
Centrifugal pumps with 380v, 2940r/min Motor.
In the noise measurement process, doors and windows are closed, during which only one pump and a floor of centrifugal water pump running, position shown in Figure 1.
