低温热水地板辐射采暖
随着居住条件的不断改善,人们对室内采暖的要求也提出了新的要求。许多工程使用了低温地板辐射采暖系统来代替常见的散热器采暖,克服了诸如耗能大、舒适性差、难于分户计算、占用房间使用面积等问题。由南通六建北京公司施工总承包的未来假日花园二期工程,由A、B、C、D、E楼和地下车库组成,总建筑面积13.7万平方米,其中,B楼建筑面积为21947平方米,C楼建筑面积为21708平方米,均为地下二层,地上十六层,结构形式为钢筋砼剪力墙结构。B、C楼地面采用了低温热水地板辐射采暖系统,共计3.07万平方米。现将施工过程中的一些体会总结出来,以便更好地在其它类似工程中加以应用。
1 低温热水地板辐射
采暖的特点
低温热水地板辐射采暖是一种利用建筑物内部地面进行采暖的系统。将塑料管敷设在楼面现浇砼层内,热水温度不超过55℃,工作压力不大于0.4兆帕的地板辐射供暖系统。该系统以整个地面作为散热面,地板在通过对流换热加热周围空气的同时,还与人体、家具及四周的维护结构进行辐射换热,从而使其表面温度提高,其辐射换热量约占总换热量的50%以上,是一种理想的采暖系统,可以有效地解决散热器采暖存在的问题。
低温热水地板辐射采暖节省燃料,电力消耗低,是最经济的供暖设备,其优点如下:
⑴ 舒适、卫生、保健。辐射散热是最舒适的采暖方式,室内地面温度均匀,室温自下而上逐渐递减,给人以脚暖头凉的良好感觉,符合“温足凉顶

Heating characteristics
Low temperature hot water radiant floor heating is a ground for the internal use of the building heating system.
