xxx排涝闸位于xxxB县泉河左堤9+550处，属于徐集圩区。老闸建于六十年代，为1孔1.2m×1.2m涵洞式水闸，闸室为砖石结构，洞身为浆砌石结构。由于年久失修，洞身及闸室各处裂缝，闸门止水磨损，启闭机损坏，已不能正常使用，加之原闸底板高程偏高，排涝能力偏小，故本次拟拆除重建。
