一、 一般要求
1、启动前应将离合器分离或将变速杆放在空档位置。确认机械周围无人和障碍物时，方可作业。

二、挖掘机
1、操作中，进铲不应过深，提斗不应过猛。一次挖土高度一般不能高于4米。
2、向汽车上卸土应待车子停稳后进行，禁止铲斗从汽车驾驶室上越过。
3、铲斗回转半径内遇有推土机工作时，应停止作业。
4、行驶时，臂杆应与履带平行，要制动往回转机构，铲斗离地1米左右。上下坡时，坡度不应超过20度。
5、装运挖掘机时，严禁在跳板上转向和无故停车。上车后应刹住各制动器，放好臂杆和铲斗。
6、联接电动挖掘机电源电缆时，必须取出开关箱上的保险丝。
三、液压挖掘装载机
1、操纵手柄应平顺。臂杆下降时，中途不得突然停顿。
