常见质量问题类别及原因分析
    打(压)桩工程常见质量问题有:单桩承载力低于设计值,桩倾斜过大、断桩、桩接头断离、桩位偏差过大等五大类。造成以上问题的原因:
 1.1单桩承载力低于设计要求的常见原因有:
      1.1.1桩沉入深度不足;
      1.1.2桩端未进入设计规定的持力层,但桩深已达设计值;
      1.1.3最终贯入度过大;
      1.1.4其他,诸如桩倾斜过大、断裂等原因导致
