1 桩基础施工技术现状
　　按施工方法，桩可分为非挤土桩、部分挤土桩和挤土桩三大类。再细分，桩的施工方法超过300种。施工方法的变化、完善、更新可以说是日新月异。图1中列出桩的部分施工类型。
　　以埋入式桩为例，图中仅列出三大类，实际上细分可有80种以上类型。所谓中掘施工法桩是把小于桩径30～40mm的长螺旋钻、或钻杆端部装有搅拌翼片的螺旋钻及钻斗钻等插入桩的中空部，在钻头附近的地层连续钻进，使土沿中空部上升，从桩顶排土的同时将桩沉设。在施工中通常将桩端注入压缩空气和水，促进钻进的同时也使桩沉顺利。为使桩获得更大的承载力，桩埋入孔中后可分别采用量终打击方式、桩端加固方式或扩大头加固方式。按中掘埋入工艺、钻机、承载力发挥方法及采用的预制桩种类等，中掘施工法桩又可细分为40余种桩型。而预钻孔埋入式桩亦可细分为40余种。
