摘  要: 边坡治理工程在公路、铁路、水利工程等基础设施中分布较为广泛,施工方法各不相同。碗米坡水电站高边坡由于地质条件较为复杂,普通锚杆支护手段成孔困难,难于奏效。自钻式中空锚杆的应用有效地解决了松散岩土体锚固成孔困难的难题,同时具有施工效率高、施工质量有保障的优点,特别是采用了较大直径和深度的自钻式中空锚杆,效果显著。自钻式锚杆施工技术简便,易于操作,可靠性高的特点,适用于松散岩土体边坡支护。

 

自钻式中空锚杆作为一种较新的施工技术近年来在水电工程中逐渐得到推广应用,解决了松散岩土体锚固施工中的一些技术难题。碗米坡水电工程右岸高边坡支护施工中,自钻式中空锚杆,克服了在极为松散破碎的岩土体中锚杆施工易塌孔、难于成孔的问题,结合挂网喷浆、排水孔等多种支护手段的综合成功应用,实现了碗米坡右岸边坡的初步稳定。为自钻式中空锚杆的进一步应用积累了一定经验。
1 自钻式中空锚杆的特点
自钻式中空锚杆是一种空心锚杆,锚杆通体螺纹,采用联接套接长,前端安装一次性钻头。
由于自钻式中空锚杆的特殊构造,用于锚固施工具有以下优点:
1.1施工效率高:自钻式中空预应力锚杆技术集钻进、注浆、锚固为一体,施工的各个工序在一个过程中完成,可以节省施工时间。
1.2适用于难于成孔的地层:如遇比较松软、破碎的围岩,一般成孔较困难,即便成孔,也容易塌孔,在孔内难以穿入其他锚杆或锚索,而自钻式中空锚杆技术正好避免了常规方法的不足。钻孔完成后,杆体留在孔内不用退出来,所以不怕塌孔,节省了穿进其他杆体的时间和降低了施工难度
