摘要:在充分利用已有支护桩的情况下,根据基础各部位开挖深度的不同,采取卸荷和不同的临时斜撑及加强被动区等措施,达到了施工周期短、投资少和保证基坑及周边建筑安全的目的。

1 工程概况
某建筑位于太原市汾河东侧500 m。该工程地下1层,地上15层,建筑面积11 000 m2,钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构。采用Φ800 mm钢筋混凝土灌注桩,1 500 mm厚条形承台基础,承台基础用400 mm厚构造筏板(筏板下设300 mm厚干炉渣)相连,基础顶标高-5.13 m,平面尺寸43.8 m×19 m。构造筏板干炉渣底标高-6.00 m,承台垫层底标高-6.80 m,电梯基坑处局部-8.37 m,室内外高差0.9 m,自然地坪为-1.06~-1.6 m。施工前期,钢筋混凝土灌注桩和基坑支护帷幕桩已相继施工完成。
1.1 工程水文地质条件 工程场地土自上而下依次为:

1 Project Overview
The east side of a building located in Fenhe 500 m. The Underground 1 floor, 15 floors, construction area of 11 000 m2, reinforced concrete frame structure. With Φ800 mm reinforced concrete pile, 1 500 mm thick strip pile foundation, pile foundation constructed with 400 mm thick raft (raft consists of 300 mm thick dry slag) is connected, based on the top level -5.13 m, plane size 43.8 m × 19 m. Tectonic plate on the end of dry slag level -6.00 m, cap cushion bottom elevation -6.80 m, elevator pit Department Local -8.37 m, indoor and outdoor elevation 0.9 m, the natural floor is -1.06 ~ -1.6 m. Pre-construction, reinforced concrete pile and the pile foundation pit curtain construction has been completed one after another.
