一、工程概况
陕西府谷电厂一期2×600MW工程厂址位于陕西省府谷县境内，北距庙沟门镇3公里，东距县城约40公里，庙沟门镇～府谷县城公路由北向南穿过厂区，交通较为便利。灰库位于1＃锅炉南侧，1＃、2＃粗灰库及3＃细灰库呈南北方向排列。
根据场地岩土工程条件，灰库区域回填土较厚，且灰库上部建筑物荷载较大，天然地基不能满足使用要求，需要进行地基处理。本工程地基处理拟采用混凝土灌注桩，混凝土灌注桩共计87根，桩径800㎜，桩长约18m左右，打入⑩岩层不小于3.0m。工程桩主筋采用14Ф16，加强箍筋Ф18@1500沿全长布置，螺旋箍筋桩身上部3m为Ф10@100，中部7m范围内为Ф10@200，桩身下部为Ф10@300。按照设计要求钢筋笼高出承台底部600㎜。

The project will adopt concrete pile foundation treatment, a total of 87 concrete piles, pile diameter of 800 mm, about 18m long pile, into the ⑩ rock is not less than 3.0m. Pile reinforcement, using 14Ф16, strengthen stirrup Ф18 @ 1500 along the full layout of spiral reinforcement for the pile top 3m Ф10 @ 100, within the scope of the central 7m Ф10 @ 200, the lower part of pile Ф10 @ 300. Reinforcement cage in accordance with the design requirements of 600 mm above the bottom cap.
