 二、工程概况
 (一)建筑结构设计概况
拟建新世界花园回迁楼是一幢集商业和商住为一体的建筑物，地上十四层，局部十层，地下三层。建筑物外观呈“┓”形，回迁楼建筑结构周长约411m，基坑开挖深度－15.5m（决对标高L29.68m），建筑物±0.00＝48.18m。设建在南面和东面为地下停车场的1＃和2＃车道，1＃和2＃车道进出车库的位置不同，单平面位置在南面和东面相重叠且委员地下三层基槽之外，整改车道共用基础结构外墙，车道净宽3.6m，自南面向东面延伸的车道基地标高约为－4.85m(绝对标高:40.23m)～-13.75m(绝对标高:31.43m)。

 (二)建设场地及周围环境状况
北京新世界花园商业小区位于崇文门外大街西侧，东茶食胡同与珠市东大街之间，北临在建的新世界中心二期工程，占地8.7公顷。拟建的新世界花园商业回迁楼位于花园小区的东北角方位。现状地面标高为：43.21～45.52m。拟建的回迁楼周围环境较复杂，除北面和东面为道路无距离较近的建筑物外，其它几面均有临近的建筑物需要保护，其中：在拐角回迁楼的内侧临近与之同时开工的1＃住宅楼(基础埋深－3.10m，相当于42.08m)，两者结构距离最近处约为3.5m，其它距离在4.2～11.6m范围；南面临近崇文区文化馆的三层群房(其±0.00＝43.40m基础底标高－7.04m，相当于38.14m)，结构净距离约为9.37m；东临崇文门外大街，设计车道结构外皮距围墙5.1m。基坑的东面
