一、工程概况
　　张杨滨江花苑项目基地面积为48600平方米，由A，B，C，D，E五幢高层、一栋三层会所及地下车库组成。高层主体建筑最高为127.6米，最低97.3米。主楼均设两层地下室，层高为3.8米和2.65米。
　　本工程±0.00相对于绝对标高6.700米，基坑开挖区域呈梯形，总长为259.1米，最宽处168.4米，最窄处41米，其面积约为33416平方米。主楼基础由箱形基础和桩基组成，地下车库由抗拔桩基和大型底板组成。主楼基础最深的底板厚度为2.2米，底标高为-8.55米，落深处标高12.7米，地下车库基础底板厚度为600毫米，底标高为-7.10米。现场自然地坪面层标高-1.5米，则主楼最深的基础实际开挖深度为7.30米，局部落深的基础实际开挖深度为11.45米；地下车库实际开挖深度为5.9米。基坑围护采用重力坝形式挡土隔水，其内部没有水平支撑，整个基坑开挖总方量约230000立方米。
二、周围环境和地质情况
　　项目位于浦东金融贸易区，西侧临近黄浦江边，其中主楼围护边距离江边最近的仅有38米。根据勘察提供的地质资料及对土工试验、工程剖面图分析，（3）-夹层灰色粘质粉土颗粒组成中粘粒含量一般均小于13%，孔隙比大于1，含水量大于30%，并夹有小量薄层粉砂，该层在地下渗流的
