1、工程概况：
本工程为泉州港石湖作业区3000吨级贯彻国防要求(一期)工程，该工程为两个3000t级泊位，分1#泊位和2#泊位；码头结构为重力式沉箱结构，基础为抛石基床。码头基础施工为基槽挖泥、抛石等，在码头基槽开挖过程中发现基槽开挖范围有礁盘和1#泊位基槽东侧边坡出现坍塌，码头基础施工不能如期正常进行，原有施工方案需要增加基槽礁盘baopo，清礁，以及护岸边坡处理，工期延长，为了便于码头基槽开挖顺利和安全，对基槽baopo、清礁和护岸卸载采取稳妥而有效的措施。
1#泊位基槽南北朝向，码头泊位长52m左右，北侧为海域，东侧为陆地的抛石护岸，该护岸边坡坡度为1:1，码头基槽底东侧边线与护岸的坡脚基本接近，护岸坡脚标高为-1.0m~-2.0m，码头基槽底标高为-8.0m~12.5m，因此，基槽开挖要开挖除护岸部分边坡，否则开挖过程护岸边坡极不稳定，已出现部份坍塌；所发现礁盘范围：靠北端(前沿线端头)起30米左右，宽30米左右，礁盘顶
