西环路综合改造工程招标范围：现有柏油路面拆除，道路及附属设施工程，水电及施工定位等。不包括绿化。
第二部分：
科技楼～栏园登山步道工程招标范围：登山道及休息平台。不包括绿化。
11、质量等级：本工程质量等级必须达到国家验收规范合格工程标准。
