安装工程工程量计算表使用说明书  
1、计算工程量前，肯定要进行熟习图纸（高手除外）和收集相关的图集资料。此时可以打开《汇总表》把图纸上所涉及到工程量计算的工程项目一一罗列出来，当然不用先急着计算工程量,但可以套上定额编号或清单编码，套上定额编号或清单编码后，表格自动编序号。对于直接可以清点出工程量的少量工程项目，如配电箱等可以将工程量直接写入汇总表。  
2、图纸也看完了，要计算的项目心中也有数了，可以打开按图纸计算工程量了，同我们手工计算一样，在《计算表》中，填写计算部位，规格，列算式，当然计算结果不用我们再按计算器的了。计算中，要注意，汇总是自动完成的，且是按特征规格栏进行分类合并的。这一栏必须与《汇总表》栏保持名称一致，如 PC20管暗设，可以就写“PC20/暗”,具体按个人书写习惯了。  
    3、校验一列，是用来核对我们《计算表》特征规格同《汇总表》特征规格是否一致或是否有项目，如规格类别名称没有或错误，如“PC16”写成 “PC15”,则显示“请核对”，核对无误则打钩“√”。为了节省时间，或不打断思路，就先一步一步先算吧。最后把有“请核对”的项目修正至全部为“√” 就可以了。  
    4、《封面》中分部工程、分项工程中的填写内容,可利用“▼”按钮进行选录,缺项内容可自行在《单位库》中B列、C列补录。  
    5、《汇总表》中序号在定额号录入后可自动录入。  
    6、《汇总表》、《计算表》中的单位中的填写内容,可利用“▼”按钮进行选录,缺项内容可自行在《单位库》中A列补录。  
    7、《计算表》的计算表达式中,可利用“[、]”填写附注内容。  
    8、《计算表》中增加操作序,便于在利用排序功能寻找相同项目后恢复原位。  
    9、《汇总表》、《计算表》均设置多页打印表头自排功能和页码自动排序。  
    10、《汇总表》、《计算表》均设置表头冻结,便于查看。
