第六章  合同管理
第一节  总则
    第二百零五条  为加强经济合同管理，减少失误，提高经济效益，根据《经济合同法》及其他有关法规的规定，结合公司的实际情况，制订本制度。
    第二百零六条  公司各部门及下属公司、企业对外签订的各类经济合同一律适用本制度。
    第二百零七条  经济合同管理是企业管理的一项重要内容，搞好经济合同管理，对于公司经济活动的开展和经济利益的取得，都有积极的意义。各级领导干部、法人委托人以及其他有关人员，都必须严格遵守、切实执行本制度。各有关部门必须互相配合，共同努力，搞好公司以“重合同、守信誉”为核心的经济合同管理工作。
