为了更好地把碧云阁A、B、C、D座外排栅工程的质量、安全、进度，按照有关建筑规范顺利完成，经甲乙双方共同协商，履行各自的承诺，特签定如下合同条款，需双方共同遵守：
一、工程概况
碧云阁工程位于花都区新华镇天贵路以东，曙光路以西，紫薇大道以南，迎宾路以
北，共分A、B、C、D四座，其中A、B两座设计楼高18层，C、D两座设计楼高13层，集车库、商业、住宅、会所一体化管理，结构形式为框剪结构。
三、承包范围
    1、 A、B、C、D座室外扣件式双排钢管脚手架工程的安装和拆除全部施工过程。
    2、A、B、C、D座外脚手架要求全钢双排，平桥内铺钢筛网、楼层挡脚板。
    3、包A、B、C、D座施工人员上下楼梯、安全挡板、电梯井脚手架、斜料平台。
    4、包安全帽、安全网（含兜底安全网）、安全带，并提供有效的出厂合格证书及检测报
告原件，所有检测费用由乙方承担。乙方所提供的安全网必须是经花都安全监督部门检测合
格的鱼丝网。
5、包A、B、C、D座楼梯口、电梯口、所有安全通道口、所有楼层的预留洞口防护搭
设。
6、包基坑边、各楼层阳台、楼板及屋面等临边防护、所有楼层洞口临边防护搭设。
四、承包形式
    包材料、包工期、包质量、包安全、包人工费、包场地内外脚

First, project survey
