第一章　词语涵义及合同文件

第一条　词语涵义
　　《电力建设工程施工合同》文本，由《电力建设工程施工合同条件》（以下简称《合同条件》和《电力建设工程施工合同协议条款》（以下简称《协议条款》）组成，其用词用语除《协议条款》另有约定外，应具有本条所赋予的涵义：
　　１．发包方（简称甲方）；《协议条款》约定的具有工程发包主体资格和支付工程价款能力的当事人。
　　２．甲方驻工地代表（简称甲方代表：甲方在《协议条款》中指定的代表人。
　　３．承包方（简称乙方）：《协议条款》约定的、具有《电力施工企业资质管理办法》规定的工程承包主体资格并被发包方接受的当事人。
　　４．乙方驻工地代表（简称乙方代表）：乙方在《协议条款》中指定的代表人。
　　５．社会监理：受甲方委托、具备《电力工程建设监理单位资质管理办法》规定资格的工程监理单位或人员对工程进行的监理。
　　６．总监理工程师：工程监理单位委派的监理总负责人。
　　７．设计单位：甲方委托的具备《电力工程勘察设计单位资质管理办法》规定的相应资质等级的设计单位。
　　８．工程造价管理部门：国务院各有关部门、各级建设行政主管部门或如上部门授权的建设工程造价管理机构。

Chapter Meaning of words and the contract documents


The first meaning of the words
"Power Construction Contract," the text, from "Power Construction Contract Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as "Contract Conditions" and "Power Construction Contract Articles of Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "terms"), and its terms except terms "terms of the agreement," otherwise agreed, shall have the meaning ascribed to this article:
